What is the Kuznetsov Applicator?

It is recommended that one use the applicator before sleep for 40 to 90 minutes depending on the severity of the condition.
The applicator should be placed on a soft, flat surface such as a bed. The patient will then lie on the applicator, positioning the body so that the aching lower back is on the applicator. During the first 3-8 minutes a moderate pricking pain will be felt from the circles of spikes. It is important to feel the pricking sensation. After the 3-8 minutes the muscles will begin to warm and the warmth will spread around the area. A feeling of relaxation will continue through to the end of the treatment period.

In order to get used to the applicator’s sharp spikes, the applicator may be placed on the back of a chair or sofa while watching television or doing some other activity.
